Blister machine operation
Blister machine is the use of vacuum and different mold will be a variety of preheated sheet processing into different shapes of plastic products equipment. Mainly used for thermoforming sheet (PVC, PP, PE, PS, PET, APET, PETG, BOPS, PLA biodegradable materials, etc.).
The raw material coil is placed on the device. When the feeder moves, the raw material is fed into the blister machine. During the feeding operation, the material first enters the heating zone, and the material is heated to the appropriate temperature through the machine setting temperature, heating time and other instructions.
Blister molding, will be heated to the appropriate temperature of the material through the vacuum device to generate negative pressure, adsorption on the mold, so that it produces the same shape as the mold, and then through the cooling hardening molding.
The formed material enters the cutting area, and the machine presses and cuts the material according to the set parameters to produce the finished product.
