Blister machine, also known as thermoplastic molding machine, is a machine that sucks heated plasticized PVC, PET, PETG, APTT, PP, PE, PS and other thermoplastic coils into various shapes of advanced packaging boxes, frames and other products. It mainly uses vacuum hood, blister tray, bubble shell, etc. in the shape of vacuum pump, and then these vacuum blister forming products often need to be cooled before demoulding. The traditional blister machine includes a blister mold, and the blister mold includes an upper mold and a lower mold. The diaphragm is placed on one side of the blister mold in a roller pack. Pull out the end of the diaphragm and horizontally pass through the blister mold. The upper mold and the lower mold are combined to form a cavity. Vacuum adsorption is used to attach the diaphragm in the cavity to the surface of the cavity. After cooling, the diaphragm is formed to form a blister product. During the rolling process, the diaphragm will generate electrostatic friction, and its surface is easy to absorb dust or impurities in the air. If the dust or impurities on its surface are not treated, it will enter the blister mold with the diaphragm, resulting in defects such as bubbles, pinholes, pitting and the like on the surface of the blister product, which will reduce the appearance quality of the blister product. For blister products with high appearance quality requirements, it will directly lead to scrap, reduce the product qualification rate. On the other hand, the dust or impurities brought by the diaphragm are easily left in the cavity of the blister mold, and the blister mold needs to be cleaned in time, which increases the equipment maintenance cost. Dust or impurities are not cleaned up in time and accumulated for a long time, which will affect the molding shape of blister products, affect product quality, and shorten the service life of blister molds. In order to solve the above technical problems, our company decided to establish a research and development project for this project.
