Servo plastic machine is widely used in modern industrial production. The sticking problem of PET environmental protection material in the blister packaging of servo blister machine is quite prominent. The production efficiency of the original common material PVC is low, which restricts the number of packaging produced by the high-frequency machine.

The traditional demoulding method uses spring compression rebound demoulding. The upper die stripper plate connected to the high-frequency machine cylinder compresses the spring. When the cylinder retracts after the servo blister machine releases the high frequency, the spring rebound pushes the stripper to achieve the purpose of demolding the blister box. In order to solve the problem of the difficulty of demolding environmentally friendly wave-absorbing plastics after high frequency, in the process of manufacturing environmentally friendly material molds, high-frequency mold manufacturers use widened mold teeth and increase the rebound force of the spring to solve this problem.

In the blister process of the servo blister machine of environmentally friendly materials, widening the pattern teeth and increasing the spring strength are still difficult to meet the production requirements. High-frequency blister produces high temperature, environmentally friendly materials have high viscosity at a certain high temperature, and demoulding is difficult. In production, it is necessary to properly control the temperature of the upper mold. The temperature of the polyvinyl chloride blister can be controlled between 120-140, while the temperature of the polyester environmentally friendly material needs to be controlled between 9 OCC-L1OCC. The lower the temperature, the more high-frequency energy needs to be added, which is easy to cause ignition and damage the mold during production.

In order to maintain a certain packaging speed during production, it is not allowed to spray a neutral release agent of a chemical on the upper mold to help release the mold. The use of mold release agent can reduce the viscosity of the plastic absorbed on the mold to help release the effect. However, the mold release agent spraying is easy to volatilize on the high-frequency mold that produces high temperature during the blister process. After 7-8 blister boxes are produced in the production, the mold sticking phenomenon will occur. The mold release agent needs to be sprayed repeatedly, which consumes the working time of the operator and affects the number of packages produced. At the same time, the use of chemical product release agents has brought environmental pollution, increased production costs, and greatly affected the production of manufacturers.
