4. blister proofing: after the customer approves the computer design draft, the production scheduling will decide which way to develop the mold (plaster mold, copper mold, aluminum mold) and the development cycle according to the complexity of the blister product.3-5 days. Blister proofing is mostly made of gypsum mold proofing, and its operation steps are as follows: 1. Paste the real object with manual mud to form the forming contour; 2. Put it on the blister printing machine to form the bubble shell blank; 3. Pour the prepared special gypsum into the bubble shell blank and air dry to form the gypsum blank; 4. Use electric milling machine to deep process the gypsum blank and regular shapes; 5. Grind and add parts manually; 6. Stick each polished plaster part into a complete plaster mold; 7. Put it into the blister printing machine to form a complete sample; 8. According to the size of the finished product, cut and seal the edges manually to complete the proofing process. If there is a demand, the printing proofing department will also make the paper card, self-adhesive or color box used for blister samples together, and they will use the fully open printing digital proofing machine to reflect the actual printing results.
5. production molds: After the samples are approved by the customer, a certain number of production orders are usually placed. Production scheduling will decide which mold to use for mass production according to the output and the complexity of blister molding: plaster mold production is adopted, and the mold making process is similar to blister proofing. The advantages are short production cycle, lowest cost, and a full version (60X110cm) mold only takes one to two days. The disadvantage is that the surface of the finished blister product is rough, the mold is easy to break in production, and the durability is poor. Products with large depth, high complexity and thick sheets cannot be formed.

Most of the main quality problems of blister products occur in this process:1. Blister is not in place, refers to the shape deformation, no blister into the same shape as the mold of the product; 2. Blister excessive, refers to the product is too thin; 3. Pull line, refers to the molding products should not appear on the line mark; 4. uneven thickness. These problems need to be adjusted in place after the mold is installed, including: the time of sheet advancement, the temperature and time of heating, the strength and time of vacuuming, the position, time and depth of the upper mold falling, the placement of the mold in the imposition, whether accessories are added between the molds, etc.
7. punch processing: plastic molding of large layout products must go through the punch, with a knife plate divided into a single product. The principle is that there is a large plastic cutting board on the bottom table of the punch, the large layout molding product is placed on the cutting board, and the knife mold made in advance is stuck on a single product, and a single finished product is cut out by the up and down movement of the punch.However, the disadvantage of this cutting method is that the cutting board and the cutting die are relatively easy to damage, resulting in unsmooth cutting edges and burrs. For bubble shells with high quality requirements, cold punching dies (one male die and one female die) and cold punching machines are required for processing.
