How to debug the blister machine and the debugging process of the blister machine

The relevant debugging steps of the blister machine can generally be divided into 6 steps:

Step 1: Open the chassis door, penetrate the compressed air pipe through the small hole at the bottom of the rear of the chassis, insert the air inlet connector of the air pressure regulating valve behind the chassis door, and fix it with a pipe clamp.
 
Step 2: Close the chassis door, open the air source switch to input compressed air, and the machine pressure plate will automatically rise.
 
Step 3: Install the bakelite mold or mold board on the transverse platform of the disc, and connect the wires on the mold board with the terminals in the transverse platform of the machine.
 
The fourth step: the blister machine node, open the machine circuit switch, connected to the whole circuit.
 
The fifth step: adjust the current switch and power-on time, according to the actual packaging situation, select the appropriate heating current gear and heating time.
 
Step 6: When the temperature of the blister machine reaches the specified value, the debugging is completed (rotating the disc, when the mold reaches the specified position, the pressure plate will be automatically pressed down).
