1. Mold making and processing of blister products

According to the requirements or sample specifications provided by the customer, the blister machine manufacturer first makes the blister mold. After the gypsum mold is made, it is allowed to dry completely or dry naturally. Secondly, according to the specific conditions of the convex and concave surface of the product, drill many small holes in the low recesses that do not affect the packaging appearance of the product, if it is a product such as a packing box, some small holes must be drilled on the four peripheries so that the plastic suction machine can extract air and drill holes in the mold during plastic suction production. Finally, the gypsum mold must be hardened. The hardening treatment method is to soak in concentrated alum saturated solution and dry it.

2. After the mold is completely dried

Put the manufactured mold into the upper iron plate of the vacuum chamber, then load the plastic sheet into the applicable specification size according to the size of the mold, then put the sheet into the heating wooden cabinet to make it completely fixed, and then put the wooden cabinet together with the plastic sheet on the constant temperature furnace for softening treatment.

3. Place the softened plastic sheet together with the wooden cabinet in a vacuum chamber, start the suction switch, and suck the air in the vacuum chamber clean. After the plastic sheet is cooled, the same concave package or process mold as the mold is obtained.

4. Blister packaging finishing

The products produced by the blister machine are trimmed and sorted into finished products, which can be sold after packaging.
