Temperature test:That is, high temperature resistance, low temperature performance, and moisture, because the climate is different from place to place, such as vacuum suction plastic with poor temperature suitability is especially easy to fall off the edge and rebound in the groove position at the outlet of the container or at high temperature in summer. The lowest temperature resistance is 75 ℃, because the temperature in the container is 65-70 ℃. The simplest test for temperature resistance is to bask in the sun directly after 24 hours of plastic absorption. For example, if there is no edge drop or rebound after direct exposure for more than half an hour, the plastic absorption with good temperature resistance will not have edge drop or groove rebound during cabinet installation or high temperature.

3. Detection of fine particles:The surface of a good vacuum suction plastic spray blister has few or no pitting spots, and the poor products are like sand piles, which makes people uncomfortable and seriously affects the image of the enterprise.
