Ghost

Reason: The mold temperature is too low Method: After the mold temperature is normal, it can be preheated first, generally the first batch of production or just production.

 

Control line

Reason: 1. The gap between the concave and convex positions of the mold is small and at right angles: A modifies the mold structure, changes the right angle to rounded corners, B adjusts the upper molding method, and the temperature of the electric oven grill at the angle C is too low or too high.

2. Improper position of vacuum hole: Modify the vacuum hole and add more vacuum holes to the last stretched part.

3. The method of heating the sheet too high: reduce the temperature or shorten the heating time to improve the cooling efficiency.
