The difference between negative pressure blister machine and positive and negative pressure blister machine is as follows:
1. The concept is different
Positive and negative pressure plastic suction machine, generally speaking, is not only a negative pressure (vacuum pressure) below, but also a positive pressure above. When the machine is running, the upper pressure is pumped below, not only the lower negative pressure is vacuumed, but also the upper positive pressure is added, so it is called positive and negative pressure.
The negative pressure blister machine only vacuums below and does not pressurize above, so it is called a negative pressure machine.
2. The effect of finished workpiece is different
Positive and negative pressure plastic suction machine, the workpiece water chestnut, concave and convex surface, groove surface, corners and other three-dimensional sense will be relatively strong.
The negative pressure plastic suction machine, because it is only a negative pressure function, does not increase any pressure on it, and can only be pulled down by air flow, so the three-dimensional sense of the corners, grooves and other positions of the workpiece after processing is completed is not strong.
3. Demoulding degree is different
The positive and negative pressure plastic suction machine is transmitted to every place of the workpiece through positive pressure heating air flow. The air flow brings temperature when pressurized, and the transmission is in place, making the workpiece not easy to demold.
Negative pressure plastic suction machine, because the temperature can only be transmitted on the surface of the workpiece, the temperature of the side and the groove is not comprehensive enough compared with the positive and negative pressure, so the relative adhesion will be relatively poor, and the product will easily fall off after 2-3 years.
