2Before work:
(14) Check whether the oil quantity of the oil storage part of the lubrication system meets the requirements and is well closed. The oil standard, oil window, oil nozzle, oil pipe and oil separator shall be complete and in good condition and installed correctly.
(23) Costumes, sleeves, work caps and protective gloves must be tightened, the correctness of the position of each handle should be checked during work, and the change handle should be kept in the positioning position. It is strictly forbidden to wear scarves, skirts, sandals and high-heeled shoes.
(34) Check the machine tool, guide rail and main sliding surfaces. If there are obstacles, tools, iron filings, impurities, etc., they must be cleaned, wiped clean and oiled.
(43) Check the safety protection, braking (stop) and reversing devices to be complete and in good condition.
(53) Check that the operating handle, valve and switch shall be in the non-working position. Whether it is flexible, accurate and reliable.
(6) Before starting up, first check whether the air compressor, vacuum pump, oil mist device, etc. are short of oil and run continuously.12Check once per shift, and it is strictly forbidden to run the equipment without oil.
(74) Drain the water from the oil-water separator at any time according to the ambient humidity. Ensure that the valve body is dry.
(84) Before starting the vehicle, check whether the protective cover is properly installed, whether the set temperature (or pressure regulation) of the heater is within the specified range, and whether the time setting of each program meets the requirements.
(92) When the switch is switched on and the air valve is opened to connect the compressed air, everyone must leave the equipment to avoid accidental operation of the equipment and injury.

(64) During the production process, power shall be cut off during maintenance or equipment adjustment, replacement of molds, tables and frames.

(84) Do not adjust the limit switch on the equipment.
(93) Open the blowdown valve at the bottom of the gas tank for blowdown at least once a week.
