One. Operation process

2. Connect the power supply of the machine to the 220V socket, open the general circuit system of the machine, then place the bakwood mold on the turntable, and then connect the wire on the mold to the terminal in the middle of the turntable.

3. Push the rotating plate counterclockwise to observe whether the automatic pressing of the pressing plate is normal. If there is no abnormality, place the blister cover paper on the bak mold to start trial packaging, turn on the heating switch, turn on the heating time system, adjust the current conversion system from small to large, select the appropriate heating current gear, heating time system and cooling time system according to the actual mold size, and adjust them to satisfaction respectively.

4. The operator puts the blister parts, the packaged materials and the cardboard into the bak mold in sequence, rotates the mold table counterclockwise, and the machine automatically completes the sealing of the packaged materials according to the debugged condition.

5. After the work is completed, close the main system and air source.
