The thick sheet plastic suction machine is a key process equipment for preparing plastic parts by using plastic plates as raw materials and vacuum plastic suction molding process. It uses thermoplastic sheets as raw materials, heats them to softening temperature through an oven, and then makes the plastic plates in thermoplastic state adsorb on the working surface of the plastic suction molding mold and then cool and form through the vacuum negative pressure between the plastic plates and the plastic suction molding mold.
The thick sheet blister machine is generally composed of a plate positioning system, a blister mold positioning system, a frame system, a heating system, a cooling system, and an electrical control system.
(1) The plate positioning system is generally composed of a well-shaped profile pressing frame, a power cylinder or oil cylinder, and a balance synchronization mechanism. Its role on the plastic sheet to step up the positioning. The material pressing frame of the frame-walking heating mode is of upper and lower structure, and a horizontal locking mechanism is added to ensure that the material pressing frame can be tightly sealed with the plate plate plate. The frame can be adjusted according to the size of the mold, breaking up and automatically adjusting;
(2) Blister mold positioning system is generally composed of upper and lower mold table, upper and lower mold cylinder or oil cylinder and synchronous mechanism. Its function is to tighten the positioning of the blister mold and connect the mold with the vacuum pipe. Positioning mode manual screw locking or pneumatic automatic locking two ways. Synchronous mechanism can ensure that the upper and lower mold synchronous lifting, to ensure the accuracy of plastic molding;
(3) The frame system is generally composed of a profile frame, a sealed box, and a protective door. The protective door is divided into automatic and manual;
(4) The heating system is generally composed of heating bricks or heating pipes, oven frame body and power cylinder or motor;
(5) The cooling system is generally composed of gas and water pipes and spray heads;
(6) electrical system electrical control system and pneumatic or hydraulic system, can achieve the process requirements of the blister machine (temperature, speed, time) and a variety of program action. It is mainly composed of PLC and touch screen, contactor, electronic components, temperature regulating instrument, solenoid valve, sensor, etc. Generally, there are three control methods, manual, automatic and adjustment.
