MoldingOperation standardIt is mainly divided into four processes: receiving orders, debugging, mass production and shutdown.
1. Receiving orders:
1.1. Work assignment: After receiving the "production notice" from the production supervisor, the molding team will assign the employees to the designated machine for production according to the requirements on the order.
1 .. 2 machine inspection: the "production notice" shall be handed over to the employee on duty first. after the employee on duty receives the order, the electric heating switch of the machine shall be turned on first to preheat the forming oven. at the same time, it shall be checked whether the electric heating tube is on, the light is normal, and whether the function switches are normal. if the switch fails and the problems that cannot be solved by oneself are found, they must immediately report to the supervisor for assistance.

After all items are in place, you must check whether the number on the mold is consistent with the card, and check whether the mold and the upper mold have quality problems. Only after passing the check and inspection can the "mold entry and exit registration form" of the mold warehouse be signed and taken out.
1 .. 4 Reference Sample Collection: The staff on duty shall go to the Quality Control Department to collect the samples signed by the customers according to the "Production Notice". After checking that there is no problem, they shall sign on the "Sample Borrowing Registration Form" and collect them.
1 .. 5 Raw Material Collection: The staff on duty shall go to the warehouse to collect the sheets for production according to the "Production Notice" and fill in the "Material Collection Form" at the warehouse keeper ".
. 2 Commissioning:
2.1 mold installation: after cleaning the mold, install the machine for preheating.
2.2 raw materials: gently load the raw materials on the raw material crossbar to prevent scratches, and adjust the time of each function switch according to the parameter range recorded in the "Molding Condition Parameter Comparison Table.
2.3 trial molding: turn on the single-action switch, try to mold the first mold, and take it out. The quality control shall be checked according to the matching of samples. When the molding quality requirements are met, the quality control shall be cut with a knife die to see if it meets the size requirements.
2.4 the first mold inspection records: after repeated debugging until qualified requirements, quality control to do a good job"First-piece inspectionRecord sheet ".
2.5 scrap disposal: collect the scrap in the process of debugging and send it to the scrap area for scrap disposal after quality inspection.
3 Mass production:
3.1 production: openautomatic switchIn the mass production stage, the molding staff must stand next to the machine and constantly check the product and the machine.
3.2 self-inspection of products: during mass production, employees shall conduct self-inspection of products, make self-inspection records every two hours, put them in the "blister in product inspection record (molding)" table, arrange them in time and put them on the table of molded products, and stack the molded defective products and good products separately. the products shall be handled gently to prevent friction, and the products shall be stacked neatly to prevent extrusion deformation.
3.3 exception handling: in the process of mass production, if there is a quality problem or machine failure problem that cannot be handled by itself, it shall be reported to the quality control, team leader or production supervisor of relevant personnel in time to assist in handling. In case of major abnormalities, the production team leader or production supervisor shall fill in the "Corrective and Preventive Measures Disposal Form" and submit it to the quality control team to inquire about the causes and take corrective measures.
