PVC: the most commonly used blister material, soft, strong toughness, good plasticity, can be made transparent and various colors, commonly used transparent PVC packagingElectronic, cosmetics,ToysGifts and other products.
PET(A-PET): hard, good toughness, high strength, bright surface, non-toxic, transparent and multi-color sheet. The disadvantage is that PET high-frequency heat is more difficult, the price is much more expensive than PVC, this material is often required to replace PVC products high-end and environmentally friendly users;
PS: Low density (light weight), environmentally friendly and non-toxic, very good plasticity, poor toughness and brittleness, and cannot be made into transparent materials. Therefore, it can only be made into blister, which is not suitable for recycling because it is easy to crack;
PP: The material is particularly soft, good toughness, environmentally friendly, non-toxic, high temperature resistant, and is often made into packaging for catering appliances or other high temperature resistant products; but its plasticity is poor, processing is difficult, surface gloss is poor, and the color will become lighter during processing;
PET-G: The physical properties are similar to A- PET, but it can be high-frequency heat-combined, and its price is 80% more expensive than A- PET.
