          1. Injection molding machine operation items: injection molding machine operation items include three aspects: keyboard operation, blister molding machine electrical control cabinet operation and hydraulic system operation. Separately carry out injection process actions, feeding actions, injection pressure, injection speed, ejection type selection, temperature, current, and voltage monitoring of each section of the barrel, and adjustment of injection pressure and back pressure.

 

          2. Selection of injection process actions:

 

          Generally, injection molding machines can be operated manually, semi-actively and fully-actively.

 

          Manual operation is in a production cycle, each action is completed by the operator flipping the operating switch. It is usually selected when the test machine is adjusted.

 

          In semi-active operation, the machine can actively complete a cycle of actions, but after each production cycle, the operator must open the safety door, remove the workpiece, and then close the safety door, so that the machine can continue production in the next cycle.

 

          In fully active operation, the injection molding machine can actively enter the next operation cycle after completing one operation cycle. There is no need to stop the machine for control and adjustment during the normal continuous operation process. But be aware that if you need to work actively:

 

          (1) Do not open the safety door halfway, otherwise the operation will be aborted completely;

 

           (2) Add materials in time;

 

           (3) If the electric eye sensor is used, be careful not to cover the electric eye.

 

            In fact, in full-active operation, it is usually necessary to temporarily stop halfway, such as spraying mold release agent on the machine mold.

 

           In normal production, semi-active or fully active operation is usually selected. At the beginning of the operation, the operation method (manual, semi-active or fully active) should be selected according to the production requirements, and the manual, semi-active or fully active switch should be toggled accordingly.

 

            The semi-active and fully active operating procedures have been determined by the circuit itself. The operator only needs to change the speed and pressure on the electrical cabinet, the length of time, the number of thimbles, etc., and the operator will not adjust the buttons wrongly. And make the operating procedures appear chaotic.

 

            When each action in a cycle is not adjusted properly, manual operation should be selected first, and after confirming that each action is normal, select semi-active or fully active operation.
