Step 3: Install the bakelite mold or mold plate on the horizontal table of the disc, and connect the wires on the mold plate to the terminal in the middle of the machine horizontal table.
Step 4: Connect the node of the blister machine, turn on the main switch of the machine circuit, and connect the whole machine circuit.
Step 5: Adjust the current conversion switch and power-on time, and select the appropriate heating current gear and heating time according to the actual packaging situation.
Step 6: When the temperature of the blister machine reaches the specified value, the work and debugging are completed (rotate the dial, when the mold reaches the specified position, the pressure plate will automatically be pressed down).
